Q: What is the initial onboarding like?
A: We'll schedule a call to discuss the direction your organization needs help with. On that call we will review the product & product-positioning. From there we will develop a mutually agreed to framework for communication and results tracking. This service is not for those who are unwilling to put in the work to see real results.

Q: Is there a minimum duration required?
A: Although it may take a few months to drive the best results - I refuse to hold you hostage. One of the reasons I used Gumroad is that you can stop your subscription at any time yourself. One month - is your maximum exposure if you are unhappy.

Q: What does access really mean?
A: I've helped several companies by being on their Board (of Advisors & Directors). Ironically those positions were not equipped to help on a day-to-day basis. Access is the opposite of that type of engagement. By embedding me in your organizations communication tools - you can directly ask me questions and get feedback with much shorter turn around times. This solution provides the ability to see a lot of the hidden "gotchas" that you only know about if you've experienced them yourself.

Q: Do you have any case studies?
A: I do not have any case studies that I can share -- they would have to be redacted too much. If you are willing to allow me to use your organization as a case study - I would be happy to work out an amenable bonus for your participation.
